		<description>I hadn&#039;t updated for about a year, so it was too old a version for a one click update through Wordpress or through my web-hosting company.  I&#039;m going to have to be a little more diligent from now on!  

Thanks for the suggestions of the plug-ins.  Off to investigate those now.</description>

		<description>Why don&#039;t you use the one-click installation/upgrade for Wordpress? I&#039;ve never had anything go wrong with it and it means you can upgrade as soon as a new release comes out, keeping one step ahead of hackers.

Also I recommend the Wordpress Database Backup plug-in so you can back-up regularly without having to remember to do it.

The Bad Behavior plug-in is also a must have.</description>

		<description>so so true!  I&#039;m trying to go out to the library but end up hiding in my shed even though it&#039;s a bit damp in this chilly weather.  The sirens and planes and foxes and london noises are like a comforting old blanket, slightly frayed round the edges. BUT I really miss Totleigh Barton - the comforting sense that there are other people around wrestling with words - safety in numbers :) s</description>
